Midland Resource Recovery ensures the safe and incident-free transport of mercaptan waste by eliminating the possible risk of release of odor during transport, receiving and storage. This is accomplished by enforcing a strict set of protocols to all transporters shipping material. We are committed to conducting all packaging and transportation activities in accordance with U.S. DOT and U.S. EPA regulations. Depending upon the type of waste; specific preparations, manifesting, packaging and label requirements are met before receipt of these materials. A certified experienced technician assists and provides on-site preparation, loading, and transport of contaminated tanks.

We use leak proof/airtight transport containers; both top and rear-loading (each container measures 24’ x 8’ x 8’); completely eliminating the possibility of odor leaks during transport; e-tracking located throughout the interior of each container allows complete securing of all materials placed within.

Appropriate loading equipment is predetermined and selected by our team based on the specifics of each job.
